After a career as an aerial acrobat with Cirque du Soleil, I am now a certified Stretch Coach and AntiGravity Fitness & Aerial Yoga coach, passionate about promoting health and wellness. I focus on enhancing individuals’ range of motion and helping clients feel confident in their bodies.
Understanding the importance of flexibility for overall health, I incorporate various stretching techniques tailored to each client’s personal goals, whether they are looking to boost athletic performance or alleviate discomfort.
